Abrimos línea de ayuda para las producciones de artes escénicas

La convocatoria estará abierta hasta el 19 de julio y dispone de un presupuesto de 130.000 euros El Cabildo de Tenerife ha abierto una convocatoria con la que pretende favorecer la realización de producciones de artes escénicas de carácter profesional que sean estrenados en Tenerife a partir del 1 de julio de 2019 y hasta el 30 de junio de 2020. Esta línea de subvención, que se encuentra incluida en el plan promovido por el área de Cultura incluido en la estrategia Tenerife 2030, dispone de un presupuesto de 130.000 euros y el plazo para la presentación de los proyectos finaliza el 19 de julio. El presidente del Cabildo, Carlos Alonso, recuerda que “esta ayuda para la producción de espectáculos de artes escénicas la pusimos en marcha por primera vez el pasado año y se beneficiaron ocho compañías. Con esta iniciativa queremos impulsar la consolidación de nuestros profesionales y fortalecer el tejido empresarial que tenemos en Tenerife en este sector”. Esta línea de subvenciones está dirigida a los empresarios individuales (autónomos) o colectivos (sociedades) que estén dados de alta en el epígrafe correspondiente a la actividad teatral, de danza o circo del Impuesto de Actividades Económicas y que sean residentes o tengan domicilio fiscal en Tenerife desde, al menos, el 1 de enero de 2018. La partida de 130.000 euros que el Cabildo destina a esta convocatoria se distribuye en dos modalidades: 30.000 euros se repartirán entre producciones con presupuesto que no supere los 7.500 euros -los aspirantes podrán solicitar hasta el 90 por ciento de su coste total- y 100.000 euros para producciones que superen los 7.500 euros como presupuesto de gastos, categoría para que los aspirantes pueden conseguir hasta un máximo del 70 por ciento. Las propuestas presentadas deberán tener carácter profesional y a los efectos de esta convocatoria, se entenderá por proyecto de producción el conjunto de actividades y procesos necesarios para la puesta en escena desde el inicio de la producción hasta el estreno de la misma.
